## What this site is

JRNL is a psychology-first iOS trading journal for active day traders. The public website explains the product and publishes educational content about trading psychology, discipline, journaling, process scoring, and related topics.

JRNL is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a brokerage, not investment advice, and does not provide trade signals or market predictions.
